FOR PUBLIC: Free Introductory Talks
Open to the general public, these are LIVE, in-person informational events where you will receive a brief introduction about what Ascension is, and ask any questions you may have about the practice.FOR ASCENDERS
The following are in-person Ascenders events that support those who wish to receive guidance from qualified teachers, to further their practice of Ascension:- Ascenders Meeting led by 2 teachers
- Ascenders Weekend (2 days of Ascensioin without accommodations)
- Ascenders Retreat (a 3-night retreat with room and board)
- Advanced Retreat (offered or sponsored by The Ishaya Foundation)
- Consultation with a teacher (by appointment)
An ONLINE event, called "Saturdays with Shanti", is a weekly dedicated hour for Ascenders worldwide to come together and close their eyes to practice Ascension together. These are offered on Saturdays at 8pm USA Central time. Please register to request your link to join.

「Ascension 的藝術」究竟是個甚麼樣的練習？它有甚麼獨特之處？你有興趣知道更多嗎？無論你有沒有練習靜心的經驗，或者在找尋另一個不一樣的靜心法，請親身來參加這個由華人教師提供的免費活動，為你介紹 Ascension 並解答你的疑問。為 Ascenders 特設的活動
以下都是讓 Ascenders 親身參與的活動，目的是為了支持有意在練習上更進一步的學員，讓他們從合格的老師那裡得到適當的指引：- 由兩位老師主領的「Ascenders 聚會」
- Ascenders 週末（兩天的練習機會，不過夜，自備膳食）
- Ascenders 靜修營（四日三夜，並提供住宿及膳食）
- 親身會晤老師（電聯安排）
另有一個網上活動，稱為 Saturdays with Shanti，是美加中部逢星期六晚上八時（即香港時間星期日早上）所舉行的一小時閉眼 Ascension 練習。歡迎學員們報名參加。
