How do I Learn?

To learn the Ishaya' Ascension only takes one earnest heart's desire to begin...

"The First Sphere" is an in-person course typically taught in a weekend format, by 2 qualified teachers of Ascension. The hours are Friday evening from 7-10pm, then continuing on Saturday and Sunday both from 10am-5pm. You will learn 4 techniques, known as the Ascension Attitudes.

• Friday evening: receive the Praise Attitude and learn how to Ascend.
• Saturday: understand the mechanics of Ascension; receive the Gratitude Attitude and Love Attitude.
• Sunday: receive the Compassion Attitude and really dive into the practice!

During the weekend, lectures and practice alternate to give you the opportunity to gain intellectual understanding and direct personal experience. Feedback from the teachers will help you practice properly, so that you may begin to build a foundation of daily practice.

There are different ways to learn to Ascend:

• choose a scheduled First Sphere that I am either teaching or sponsoring
• request a First Sphere for your area: suggest a time and place
• attend a Learner's Retreat at The Ishaya Foundation's Center for Ascension
• check out other First Sphere courses offered worldwide
